I don't like it, but I respect the work put into it.

It's not rice in my opinion because it makes no pretence of making the car faster/sportier.

However, I don't like it. But like Omnis, appreciate the effort.

i don't know if would have done it, but i respect the time and effort that person must have put in. after looking at it for a little, it looks cool.

I wouldn't consider it "rice" either, however, I think that it would have worked on other cars as well, meaning that it made this very Lambo worse.

Definitely not Rice - Spaghetti if anything...

Questionable, but you gotta respect the effort though - Each and every one to his own and all that Jazz ;-)

Not rice, nor questionable IMO. It's like art - it's a painting on a car.

You could argue that a dragon vinyl is also a painting - but this one, like the BMW Artcars, was meant as art...

I quite like the effort put into the car something different, but I'd never do that to my own car. I also happen to see this car everywhere, does anyone know who owns it atleast?

I think that looks awesome! Just check out the little details on that thing.

Those blacked-out tail lenses are sweet

However, that does not mean I like the rest of the "modification". I would never do that to a car, let alone a Lambo.

(most) Supercars are best left (relatively) as they are.

Clint Eastwood in the movie "The Rookie" looking at the neon green Lotus:

"Want to know what a real criminal is, Ackerman? lt's the son of a b**ch who painted this car, that's who. Yeah, that's what a real criminal is. Can you imagine defacing a work of art like this with a color like that? Guy ought to have his ass removed."

I like the "Grafitti" (Spelling?) look to it, it reminds me of where I live now. :D I would drive that car proudly.

Reminds me of the Alpine show cars... a big waste of time and energy but as a skill they did a lot. I'll just say they are taste challenged too.

I agree with these people. I think its ugly, but I do respect the artist's work.

Yeah, most definitely not "rice" but i got to say that is one sick artwork!!! But i got to say if you want to do art on your car, get a van (or a trailer) and paint on that! But i guess this guy doesn't care much about how his car looks by others.....

Cars are considered rice if the owner has added unjustified and usually useless "go-fast" parts, like mufflers, wings, sponsor stickers, etc. As others have said, the question of whether or not this is "rice" is one that shouldn't need to be asked.

Is the paint scheme questionable? Sure. Would I do it to my car? No. I think it's really neat, though, and of course I can appreciate the effort put into it.

Ugh....He or She should have left it stock....It now looks too busy and takes your mind off the shapes of the car and the essence of it being a Lamborghini. The art work is good, just not on this car....

Well.... a Gallardo is a pretty car, but I wouldn't call it a work of art... at least, not compared to the thousands of other Galalrdos out on the streets. If it were a one-off, maybe I'd cry foul... but truthfully, the only advantage a solid paint job has over a custom design like this is that it's cheap. A solid-colored car isn't *gasp* prettier than a decorated car... it's just cheaper to make... which is why we're awash in a sea of solid-colored cars.

What the owner has done is to individualize his car, to distinguish it from the pack. Questionable taste? Maybe, but the only negative thing you can say about it is that it's unconventional or maybe a tad overwrought... it's clean work, though, and it takes the overall shape and flow of the car into account.

It's reminiscent of the BMW Art-Car project... a very tribal design... sort of cliched, maybe, but done with a good eye.

Kinda hate the blacked-out tail-lamps, though... that part's just tacky!

Not rice to me.

Is the glass painted or etched?

Carved-out tint. Saw this on nissanforums a few years ago, a girl member had her back windows detailed in this manner. You need a really good installer, though.
