Well, Its best not to use it (you will end up relying to much on it), however if you are doing a difficult race on a track you don't really know then use it if you want to. However when you don't need to use it don't use it. You learn alot more without using it.
I've been using this most of the time in almost every situation possible (aside from those that don't allow it). I'm just curious if people view this as a handicap if others use it or its just not important.
It generally makes you slower using the racing line but I still consider it cheating.
Why, it gives a chance for people to learn a track.
The line isn't really that good anyway, it's not like you'll go faster than everyone else if you use it.
The only thing is that you can't use it in real life (obviously), but drivers get a lot of practice in real life so I don't see why using the line is cheating.
I don't think it gives any advantage, as the braking points are far off. It's slower to follow the line on most occasions.
Driving line on is not cheating. Just an advantage only.
Gaining an advantage over the competition would be considered cheating.
