I'm not a native English speaker, but I do think if you start a reply with "Whatever..." then you need to stop right there.

👍 very true but what he did say after that made a lot of sense 👍

.... Japanese cars.
If you can't make an argument about a Japanese company making a game for a Japanese console that includes Japanese cars without using the word 'Japanese', then I think your argument is crap. This isn't a matter of some politically correct nonsense, but indicative of how clueless you are in your criticism. I suspect you knew this when you made your post.

You do know the car list have been slowly evolving and being built upon since the mid 90s right? The car list wasn't PD picking 1,000 cars to put in the game, it is the car list from GT4 with new stuff added to it, which was. GT3 with extra stuff, which was a small portion of GT2 for the next gen consoles, which was built upon GT1 which was almost totally Japanese cars. GT has always has a slant to Japanese cars and I'm glad, I didn't know about virtually any Japanese cars prior to GT1. It is what they know and what they have easy access to.

And there's a sticky thread about it somewhere around here.

has there head so far up Nissan's rear ... Will we ever see new and exciting cars besides the played out GTR, Miata and Mazda insanity?

Ahh yes, the Nissan Miata and Nissan Mazda.

Speaking of played out, I notice this appears to be a "too many Japanese cars in a GT game" thread. That's so played out it should be riding a fixie and playing synth.
