If you're talking save files, then no they are tied to your PSN account, most GT5 DLC is the same way.

Someone has managed to take all there cars and put it on another account... Ill have to look him up, Jr knows the guy... His name escapes me.

From what I heard he wanted a trolling account with all his car. But it's pretty involved to get it there.

I dont Want to be a troll I just want to make an account just to chill because there is to Much drama on gt5 right

There's a software out called "PS3 Xploder". With this software it allows you to re-assign your game save to your other PSN account.

yea just google it its a program that rewrites the value of your exisiting acct info to another acct so it can be read... there are a few out there and they work.. just make sure you keep a back up of your save somewhere else incase you get a bad program.
