You got this purchased and given to you as a Christmas present and now you`re now selling it? So ungrateful...

No I played it on and off for a month actually this is the way I remember it
Decemeber 25th purchased GT6
January 10th-21st somewhere in this area I stopped playing or just barely played
After January or after 1.04 got on for a few days(like 1 or 2) completely put down GT6 never touching it again.
March 11th 2014 Returned GT6 for $15 to Gamestop of all places.
Yup, haven't regretted it for a moment, especially if you read all the reactions of people here that did open their wallets and went for this half assed effort, and are now desperately waiting for magical updates that would fix all of it's problems.I take you skipped though?
But how many hours did you put into it?
I have F1 2012 also even, but strangely i didn't really play it much so far, so a good piece of self restraining on my part would be to just get to the bottom of these 3 games this year as they are all good racers on their own and deserve more time to truly enjoy them.@mister dog
I understand I have F1 2012 now
3 months from a single player game with a 15hr story is a good investment. How many hours did you have in the game?
If you played it for three months that sounds to me like it was a pretty good investment...

3 months from GT6, in my opinion, is not a good investment.
Then I don't think you have a great grasp on money and the cost of things... 3 months of playing a game, even off-and-on is a pretty great investment as far as I can tell.
GT's used to last for years though. Then I don't think you have a great grasp on money and the cost of things... 3 months of playing a game, even off-and-on is a pretty great investment as far as I can tell.
No the game is gone back got $15but it's all good won't even matter anymore this just pertained to GT6 that's only reason I posted here. I'll visit the forums every now and again because it's more than GT6 who knows maybe something may spark my interest once GT hits that $20 mark(whenever that happens).
Sounds like a good deal. Sell it for $15. Wait until it's $20 and buy back in. Can't beat that logic. I suppose.
Spending 1/2 the time with GT6 than with GT5 tells me GT6 was not a good investment.
Spending 1/5 the time with GT6 than with GT1 or GT2 or GT3 or GT4 or FM4 tells me GT6 was not a good investment.
If people knew ahead of time that they would ONLY get 3 months of use from GT6, how many copies do you think GT6 would sell?
From this one person.
I and many others have had pretty much constant use from it since launch... In terms of value for money complaining seems pretty silly really... and comparing it to GT5 is again pretty silly I think as Kaz has said that he felt that GT5 was too hardcore and that GT6 was aimed more at beginners to the series, hence the intro race and the easy of which you can finish the whole game with all golds.
I worry about people like you becasue trying to compare the time you or someone else spends with a new version of a GT game kinda suggests that GT should never change or evolve into anything more than just a random collection of cars with some randomly put together races and license tests...
...also people knew ahead of time what they were getting with GT6 becasue there where not only plenty of reviews of the game, but also many many live streams of people playing it live

I did know ahead of time what I didn't realize was 60% of the game would be missing for now more than 3 months.
assumptions, check
generalizations, check
ignorance, check
So what would be the missing parts of the game that would add up to 60%? This is a serious question, I've not seen a lot of stuff that is actually "missing".
There's "brand-new community functions" (whatever that means) and probably refers to one of the features which "will be implemented in future updates".
Then there's "fast forward and rewind" missing from Replay. I agree that this is important and have submitted a Feature Suggestion incorporating this as part of it.
There's "Photograph your favourite cars with a realistic SLR camera", though I suppose one could say that with 1.05, the camera is closer to "realistic". It's certainly very usable, although a bit quirky.
What else is there that makes up the "missing 60%"?
Oh, and I'm heading out soon to buy two more PS3s. For GT6. I intend playing this for a long time.
Maybe so but did you really want to say that out loud?It hasn't happened yet. Maybe he's lost his touch.![]()
