Check it out:

I like it. The front is a little strange with the double chin it has going on. All around, it's a nice bit of kit, though.

Thoughts?

;)

Too Gangsta* IMO and the roof looks stupid at the back with floating rear pillar, and the grille I don't mind, but wheels look silly. Overall I hope they dont make it, it will ruin my image of the new XJ which I rather like :)

The wheels are definitely not it's best feature. Very similar in style to a lot of the 22" rims I see on SUV's around my area.

;)

Five lugnuts, that's an easy change.

It does, honestly, look a little bit Mansory, though.

I like the chrome to black conversion and the interior. But the front lip looks like a tasteless aftermarket piece. It looks too sporty for a luxury car. It needs 18s or 17s with a decent amount of rubber.

edit: Thought they said 19 inch wheels. Make it 20s or 19s

Well, maybe this is weid to say, but that's a pretty nice car. Sure the double chin is strange, but I like the rest of the car. It's a nice Jaguar, and the rims are a little big, but if they sell it then buyers can just replace these. I don't like the interior though. Too much sport over luxury details.

Really not a bad looking car, but the wheels need to go in a big way! Also the interior needs to be one color in my opinion.

I think it looks pretty terrible, like some 3rd rate aero parts manufacturer has been left to their own devices. It doesnt scream in house whatsoever and just looks riced.

The rear still looks like a Bus, seriously some new coaches have nicer looking rears!

Robin.

Love it! Very beautiful car. Wonder what Jeremy would say about this car.

I think the normal XJ is one of the most elegant cars on the road, but this is a mess. I'd also echo the Mansory-like comments - putting a bodykit and massive wheels on a Jag is like giving your grandad some Nike Jordans to go with his cords and cardigan.

The only company who has ever really made any modified Jags that I've actually liked is Arden, and even then you have to be careful not to go too mental with the options.

I'll have a standard XJ please.

It's a monstrosity. Don't make it Jaguar, you'll embarress yourselves and de-value your brand.

Go back to the drawing board.

As a car, I like it. Maybe not the wheels - but I was never much keen for two tone wheels. I like the revised back, though. And the front.....eh - I could see myself doing it under my own will and not at gunpoint if I just so happened to have an XJ and saw the kit in a shop window.

Put it this way - as a car, I'd rock it (its an XJ for heaven's sake), but as a Jag? Nahhh.

Its a bit like how I thought Casino Royale was a good movie, but not such a great Bond movie..

Get rid of the wheels and the double chin, and it would look fantastic, in my opinion.

Easy fixes really.

;)

To be honest, I don't like the rear of the standard XJ either. But the wheels and the front are worse than on the standard XJ.

I just think the rear is ugly full stop.

I kinda like it. The front bumper is a bit weird and the wheels, while they look good, are a little too big in my opinion.

And TWR or does that not count? :p

Jaguars are better "pure", I've never seen a modified one I've liked. Its the same with Bentleys, Rolls, Astons, Ferraris...they're all pieces of art already. But Jaguars especially just don't need touching.
