Does anyone know what happened to the 2nd part of the pack??? I know there was suppose to be a 2nd part. :grumpy:

T10 announced in their latest podcast that there will still be further DLC, so this will probably be part of that.

"Who cares?" is my answer to your question.

To me, Forza 3 is quite dead and they could release a car pack tomorrow with 50 new cars, and depending on what cars are included, I would download it...but it wouldn't be long (no less than 2 hours) before I'm bored of the game again. They need to get from under Microsoft's thumb and go private - someone tell EA or Codemasters to buy them out.

My last hope for Forza is the Jalopnik pack that we all voted on. Where you at, sweet sweet user defined car pack? I've waited so long...

I'd rather see more concept cars in a new car pack instead of adding to the large number of class E or D production models that are already in the game.

When did they ever do that? Last I remembered, the packs were adding huge numbers to Class B, A, & R.

I really don't mind which class any new DLC car is in, whether it be F, B or any race class, i'd just like to see more concept vehicles. It's just that I prefer cars from certain classes, most of mine happen to be C class cars.

Likewise. Half the time they are powered by retarded engines and go to about 25mph, so really, they have no place in a sim apart from being static objects.

A new answer :):

T10 has spoken and confirmed they are targeting December.

Currently our intention is to make the second Jalopnik pack the next available add-on pack. Though we are targeting December, we haven’t announced a specific release date for a number of reasons, the most important of which is that the content has yet to be submitted or passed through certification. Essentially, we don’t want to promise a release date if we’re not 100 percent certain we can meet that goal.

See, that I can respect. For obvious reasons....still don't think I care much anymore though. :nervous:

👍 Turn 10 is a very talented bunch and if they were free of Microsoft's strict development schedule they would be able to give their projects the time and focus they deserve, rather than shoehorning everything into a space of two years.

I think Turn 10 must have sub-contracted out development of the second pack to Kaz and PD... it would certainly explain why it is taking so long! :-)

Can't wait. The 2002 should be in there, especially as it was seen running around Nurb GP months ago!

if they have any sort of volvo 240 in the new pack, I will be happy. If I see anything Italian, I'm selling my copy of Ultimate. also, more crappy cars are needed, i'd think; build up tiny cars to slaughter the expensive supercars :mischievous:
