I've never been a real supercar fan. I'm glad it's in the game for the people who love high-end machinery (a well rounded DLC like this means just about everyone's going to find as least one car they like), but I have a lot more fun pushing something like the Abarth 131, Datsun 510 or Ford Escort RS1800 around a track as hard as I can. That's why I'm excited about the Pinto and the Omni GLH-S. I'm also excited by the Alfa Romeo Montreal (which was never sold in Montreal, ironically) because it's such a beautiful car.

I have a similar motto, dubstep ruins everything that's worth anything.

For S&Gs, I'm going to try and have as much fun as possible with the pinto.
 
Man it's about time that Forza showed the '96 Chevrolet Impala SS some love. This will be the first car I purcahse from this pack in addition to the Pagani Huayra.
 
The Forza engine can't do open wheel cars. T10 would have to sacrifice performance and quality in order to render the suspension.

No they wouldn't. It has nothing to do with performance, it's just the fact that they can't be bothered to code correct visible suspension geometry. When you have cars pushing 100,000 polygons and complex tire physics, a couple suspension arms and hubs moving around in space is a drop in the bucket performance-wise.

Hey guys i was just wondering how the Pagani Huayara sounds in real life. We al heard the Shift 2 commercial with the awesome sound. Well truth is the car sounds nothing like in Shift, its actually horrible in real life due too the Turbo's.

The S2U digital representation lack the deep, low, literbike growl of the Huayra. Not sure about FM's as theirs was only travelling at high speed.

And here I thought that backfart was just something FM4 did in the video for effect and the real car does make that fart sound. Might have to give it to FM4. Only thing wrong is we didn't get any cockpit view sounds from the real video.

I don't drive the supercars much but the S2U promo definitely peaks my interest in the Huayra - they do a great presentation. I can't say I even drove it much in Shift. I think the three sound similar at times but it's hard to compare apples to apples with the various capture methods and driving styles.

Regardless of my interest in supercars, that thing is sick! A work of art!
 
I have actually never driven it in Shift 2, not enough press of the real car to spark my connection to it, same story as the Ferrari FF in Forza so far.

look at that beautiful interior or cockpit. Sadly the cockpit in Forza would not even look remotely as good as that. Shift 2 did a really good job in their cockpits though form the video that was posted.

What, real life looks better than a game? No ****, Sherlock?

Anyways, personally, I'm not much of a fan of the Huayra. I kinda prefer the Zonda, still. I might get used to it, though... There were quite a few cars I had to get used to before I started to like them.
 
Wish they added the Alfa 159, the one in Quantum of Solace, one of the better looking Alfas.

Wonder if the Pinto will blow up when rear ended.

Forza will do an excellent job with the cockpit. I'd like to see what PD does with it but we'll probably be talking about the 2015 version of the car. Good luck waiting for that.

I agree PD will probably make a ten times better looking cockpit....oh and it will actually have windows lol.....good luck waiting for windows :lol:

Well I would hope so seeing as how it won't happen until PS4.... Oh and if it's a standard car you won't see an interior at all, :lol:

Just one question... Why exactly are you on a Forza fan site if your not a fan??
 
Too bad it's going to sound like a vacuum cleaner in GT5 and won't be added until ten more GT-Rs found their way into the game...

But, please, could we stick to the GT5 vs. FM4 thread for that kind of trolling debating?

But I guess I musst be the only one who's not all that much excited about the Huayra. Personally, I find the Alfa to be the most exciting car from that pack.

slagging off how turn 10 does cockpits when PD can't even be bothered with doing 80 percent of its cars, including alot of them legendary cars, is reaching and all time low.... your on here cause even GT fans dont want you...

I am a massive FM fan and like to tune and paint and post pics of my cars and try to be nice yet I got sin binned for 4 days while some obvious Troll gets to post anti forza propaganda seemingly at will with no recourse.... something has gone wrong. I'd not last 2 posts over on GT planet if I did what max relaxing is doing on here.

this thread is about the jan DLC it's not a thread about Gt vs Fm so why has he tried to make it such?? that IS trolling in its classic form. Trying to basically bait peole for his own kicks... not to mention how does he know that forza won't do to cockpit justice?? I'll say it even if it gets me banned, he's a troll. he can't stand that people are enjoying Forza.
