So, is ATP recruiting or not? I've gotten about 3 other team requests and i dont want to disregard a team.
We dont really do tryouts.
If you run with the lads for a period of time and fit in with the crowd, your more than likely going to be asked at some point.
Don't need to be fast, that can be taught.
Personally, I think this is how all teams should be recruiting.
It allows the team to make an informed decision prior to recruiting. It also allows the person wanting to try out, get a feel for the teams dynamics.
It has to be a good fit for both parties, or it will be doomed to fail.
Your location is far from ideal to run with an Aus/NZ team.
I'm not really part of the leadership group, so I have no say in the matter.
But if I was you, I'd look for a team much closer to home.
