Hey, here are some shots I took on photo drive at motorland

So, what do you all think?

and here is a very rare shot of an 1800's drift comp

hehehe

Nice shots mate, the angles r good, and the lightings good, cant really find much wrong with them, are these the first pics u've taken? Cuz if they are they're pretty good 👍 Keep up the good work!

thanks supercar, yeah, they are the first shots i have taken on the PS2 (aside from some offhand ones in the past), but I have always loves photography, and have gotten pretty good with the real thing, so I guess it just carries over...

shot of the '70 Dodge Charger 440 R/T drifting

and playing around with all the settings

Nice shots, but I think you should make the brightness higher.

thanks for the tip, I haven't done any editing of these shots, as I was just getting used to taking photos in GT4, but now I will start to play around with exposure and such.

update

Drifting '70 Dodge Charger 440 R/T

Drifting the Bluebird sss

Some pics of the Mazda 787B

Corvette Convertable

My fav out of this lot would have to be the 4th Charger one!

good idea, but what editing should I do? I don't have photoshop at the moment (the PC i have it on is down), but I do have Paint Shop Pro

yeah that would make an awesome background hey? Might have a go at editing it and adding the GT4 logo and stuff

Those are amazing drifts! I love the way you drift those cars.
Keep the images coming.

Nice use of the White Balance and making the images Black and White make it more artistic.

Come check my gallery when you have time.

thanks pzygho

I love B&W photography, I guess it's because most of my photography class at school was done in B&W because the school was too tight to buy color equipment (and it is a more involved process to develop them I guess)

I'm not all that good at drifting yet, but occasionally I do lock on to a good one.

Any ideas from how I should edit some photos?

I'm going to take a heap more over the weekend, and post them next week as I am going away, and won't have access to a PC

Here's another update...so I lied, sue me!

Dodge RAM 1500 LARAMIE Hemi '04

Chaparral 2J Race Car '70

VW Beetle 1100 Standard (Type-11) '49

Auto Union V16 Type C Streamline '37

This is the only decent drift I could actually manage in this thing, possibly due to the distinct lack of something called steering lock! The front wheels barely turn! (Yes I realise they aren't meant to, as it is a LSR car, but hey)

gooseter to make them look better you should play with the levels a bit(make them brighter but not too bright). Also you should saturate them a bit more.
the key to quality shots is taking them at 1/4000 shutter speed. then if you want to blur it use photoshop to create motion blur.it will have much better quality

Thanks pink, I was impressed with how that one turned out as well, but I don't think that it is anywhere NEAR the best *EVER*.

Thanks for the ideas gabibyte, I will keep that in mind for when I get home, and have access to a PC that doesn't run like a retarded snail! (Seriously, it has locked up about 4 times while trying to write this goddam reply!

Quite the pc you've got there then,, But seriously I like your work,, Volkswagen Beetle set stood out for me,, Keep it up and drop by at my gallery anytime you want:)

gabibyte: I don't have Photoshop, do you know if you can do the same sort of thing in Paint Shop Pro? Or do I need to obtain a copy of Photoshop? (This would be one more excuse closer to me forking out for it as I don't like using illegal software).

Thanks people, it's really encouraging to hear your comments, I'm playing around with all the levels, and trying to get a style that I like. I love doing the 'glamour' shots, like the sepia ones of the Bluebird, Charger, and VeeDub. I dunno why, I just like the look of them.

Will try to update sometime this week if I get time.

Hay nice update, you have made them more brighter I see. So great work on doing that.
