After reviewing Special Stage, i thought there would be no other good drifting game, until i came across Kaido Battle which was probably better in every way except the music and the courses.
Graphics: 8/10, the car models are accurately modeled and the courses offer a degree of realistic graphics. Everything looks nice but its not GT3 quality (Which prolly is impossible for any new game except GT4). The game looks suspiciously similar to Shotoku Zero (Tokyo Xtreme Racer) maybe because their made by the Same company. The Backfire from the cars even look the same.
Gameplay: 9/10, Drifting here takes skill along with the right parts. Like GT3 or real life u have to Counter steer one way or another except for 4WD cars. You gain money through beating courses by racking up points by sliding around corners (Note that sliding, meaning u don't actually have to do a proper drift). You also battle against rivals at night like in Initial D tv series. You then get Sponsors who pay u to race and all that good stuff. Its lots of fun here though it gets very repitive and frustrating at times. Its no fun until u get u're 2nd car.
Sound: 5/10, You get u're Usual sound of cars and a crappy soundtrack except the opening them which totally rocks.
Courses: 6/10, I think there are 4 courses total but i have yet to unlock them all. Their really not that exciting.
Overall: 8/10 (Not an Average) The game is just fun but doesn't offer any exciting courses. The sound could also use some work. If u can overlook these issues then you would find u'reself a really fun Drifting game.
