Karts in London TT

Has anyone noticed that the top spot belongs to a 125 SPL?
I thought you couldn't change the tires on kart? It looks like others have managed to use karts as well.

You can change the tyres on the kart 125 SPL

Buy the comfort soft tires in the tuning shop, and then you Can change it by going to a track where there is a pitstop

Yeah i found that neat little trick the other day I did 20 Laps first shot at doing the new Time Trials as it was so much fun and i wanted to keep continuesly beating times!

How I can seem to do this? I have brought the tyres it states they can't be fitted to the karts and they are in my inventory..

Equip the Kart from the Garage then exit out to GT Life. Then Manually go to the Tuning Shop then go to Tyres and Buy the Comfort Softs then they should be fitted to your Kart. Then you'll be allowed to enter the TT, For some reason it wont let you Buy the Tyres through the Quick Tune Option in Garage Mode! 👍

Is anyone having trouble changing their driving options with the kart? I noticed that the guy in first place - who used the 125 SPL kart - has turned all driving aids off but set active steering to 'strong'. However, the only settings I can change before the TT are transmission (set to auto as standard in the 125 SPL kart), driving line on/off, skid recovery (set to 'off' as per the TT regulations) and controller sensitivity. I have a Driving Force GT wheel, and so does the guy with the fastest time. Not sure how he's changed all his driving options and I can't....

Okay I'm so frustrated. I've tried this every way I can think of... I go to garage and select my kart. exit out of garage which puts me into GT Life Scroll all the way to the right to the tuning shop. IT WILL NOT LET ME SELECT THE TIRES.

Yes I have the GT Racing kart 125 499 pp

you can onlt doit with the spl model kart, was a gift a few months back

You require the Gran Turismo Racing Kart 125 SPL as the OP indicated.
