I haven't noticed a problem with my computer since I have had kazaa.

I switched back to Lite...as soon as I started the regular KaZaA all these ads just kept coming up...

KaZaA Lite 2 works fine.

All you have to do to stop them pop-up ads is get a pop-up stopper - like Advertising Killer.
