OH, ENOUGH ABOUT POST LENGTH ALREADY! What has to be said has to be said. Now... maybe that SSR can resemble waves of change for types of automobiles to compete in GT. I'm not sure if it means that you'll be able to race a 1990 Mazda B2000 around Grand Valley East Section, but it would certainly be interesting. Some racing games actually feature trucks to race with. Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3 had the Isuzu Vehicross. I think Vanishing Point (never played) had an SUV as well. Enthusia Professional Racing will have some trucks to deal with. I mean, if I wanted a truck, I'd have to go with McLaren'sAngel and get a late-model Dodge Ram with Hemi power. However, McLaren and I would have to fight with who gets the more powerful SRT-10. The Ford Lighting is still a fast truck. I've even heard of the Harley-Davidson Ford. Heard it does pretty well. The Chevy SS Silverado I don't know too much about. But if you can't get in at least one Aussie Ute, then a big, bad, American truck will surely impress the American fans. I mean, they'll probably figure out that the game will feature tracks with more curves than you can shake a Formula One racer at.

:sly: What? Are your posts long John? I like to see someone that trys to make his point as clear as he can.Nothing wrong with long posts.

I would like to see a couple pickup trucks in GT4. I would like to race the Dodge Ram SRT-10, the truck with the Viper engine (which I guess most of you knew), that truck would kick a$$. A couple of other trucks I would like to see are:

2004 Ford F250 SD
2001 Chevy Silverado Half ton
1995 Ford F150

I know these probably won't be in GT4, but it would be cool.

SUZUKI
Cultus Pikes Peak

dont know if anyone else picked it up, but the cultus pikes peak is based on the suzuki swift (or cultus in japan) its a small hatchback (about the size of a civic). deffinately not a truck.. lol
sorry just being picky.. :p

Could have sworn the Cultus was the Baleno, a mid-size family sedan.

you can make it work in the rain, plus you have a lot of horsepower (10,000 or 25,000 to be exact), but a lot of weight as well. So yeah, that's what I meant, GTXLR. Would be interesting to race some of those. But I'm sorry that I totally forgotten them.

25000 hp?!??! umm you must be thinking of multiple planes bud...

wot about a semi MACK truck, just something to get when you finish the game just for fun and drive that around, u would have no turning above the speed of 50km but it would be funny!

i didnt reads the whole thead, so this might be a repost.

For coming up with that list, are you ready to get pushed around by most GTPlanet members? Or in our vocabulary, are you ready to get PWN3D by GTPlanet for coming up with this already-mentioned list?

I don't know about trucks, but I know I'd love to race a Dodge Ram SRT-10 as a street car, and for racing, the Toyota Tacoma Pikes Peak from 1999. This truck took the fight to the Suzuki Escudo and won the Pikes Peak hill climb in that same year. I feel sorry for Rod Millen not being able to crack the 10 minute barrier. Had everything going for him, and I'd love to see him rule an American hillclimb with a Japanese-powered truck from a Japanese company. If GT4 has more hillclimbs, I'd love to own all of them in a Tacoma Pikes Peak, if not the Escudo Pikes Peak.

For rookies, did you know the "Escudo" is better known as the "Grand Vitara" to us? Oh hell yeah! Keep on truckin'!

i reckon it would be awsome if it had hill climbs, like a track that goes up the side of a mountain then a long straight down to the start/finish line eg: bathurst! only if that track was in gt4

John, you and McLaren'sAngel might fight over the Ram SRT-10, but its pretty obvious what this McLaren will be driving from Dodge. :sly:

Fight? Shoot, I'd take the Ram SRT-10 to pimp slap the competition. And I would like a Viper as well, my friend.

Oh my the Espace F1? I remember racing that on GT2, it lost control by actually kind of elevating and then loosing traction and ultimately loosing control.
