Hey all, i'm trying this new thing out, post a car, race car or truck (photodrive or phototravel (preferrably phototravel)) and i'll try my best to CF that baby up fer ya.
Wether it be a foo on carbon job or just the hood, i'll do it for a small fee. j/k about the fee! :D
(note: for this to really work the car has to be white or black, any other color will do, but it'll take a while longer)

Take note that i'm still kinda perfecting this technique and a few botched jobs are expected. :crazy:

hmmm... that's a tough one.... i could, but it might not turn out as well as i'd want it... i'll give it a go. I'll repost it tomorrow morning or earlier.
 
Ok Kenny here's your viper, but i think the photo is too dark to get any good lines out of it, it's not perfect but it'll do for now, just a leetle birghter and a leetle more contrast and it'd be a good pic!



This was a tough one as there is little or no definition around the grill (mouth) area, so i have no way of determining where to put the CF there, like i said a brighter photo would fix this. Hope you like it..
 
Actually i'm a bit disappointed in this one... need to rework it... if you notice around the mouth area on the right you will see some left over carbon... i need to figure out how to elimintate that. oh and thanks! :D
 
could you do something with any of the 2 pics of my car, it's in my sig. Would be cool, cause you did some awesome stuff. I really dig it. 👍

Hey s12Ken, do you know where i can find some good CF tutorials for photoshop? I've tried a few but haven't been able to achieve the desired effect.
 
I'm still pretty new at this, and was still experimenting, nice tutorial btw, i'll try that, but for now i'll be using the weave pattern i have, i'm only on a laptop right now, just post any pics you want CF'ed and I'll get to it when i get to the office in the morning. I know my weave may be a leetle too big but it's a start, i'll try to create my own weave next week. Cheers!

P.S.

I will come up with a tutorial about this when i get the time, until then wonder away :trouble:
 
First one is the best.. I think becaus you can't really see those cf lines... Your cf lines on the close up aren't right though..


Try to make this pattern..

I know that the 2nd one isn't GT4 and the pattern is a little light. Both were using Slo-car's tutorial and they were my first 2.

Excellent. Too bad your car is lowered too much and there is the fender glitch ! :(

It looks good there, keep it up. I'm not trying to flame but that pattern just throws me off.
 
Is there any chance of a tutorial coming along. I'd love to know how to do that.

If anyone knows of any websites with a tutorial please post!
