Is there any chance of a tutorial coming along. I'd love to know how to do that.

If anyone knows of any websites with a tutorial please post!

wow! i'lll whip something up in a while... i've been sick :yuck:

Hey kenny, not sure if this is you're first one, but try the truck, the red and carbon should be a sweet mix, and after seeing some of your other jobs, i believe this could be a great one, because you have worked wonders with other pics.

You think you could do something with this?( the hood)

Ken!! or anyone! i'd love to see this R8 get CF'd. i'd like to try but i dont have much photoshop skills. :indiff:
thanks for anyone that does it!

I think it would be easier if the front was more focused

focus in on the car a bit more and i'll be able to do it easy!

still a tad to blurry... try saving it on super fine, that should fix it up, or rather, would you want me to take my R8 and CF it for you.

this is the best i could do, very subtle. Just the hood and front lip. This was a tough one to get just right as the NSX's angles are kinda sharp and hard to distinguish.

what most ppl forget, is that there are different weaves for carbonfiber, the most common is the crossweave, but u can have it unidirectional etc..

Granted this is PS but... what is the facination with CF hoods? :dunce:

Yay! A 3000GT.

Any ideas on how I can get the weave darker?

give me the original pic i'll do it for ya

thanks gimme 5-10 minutes

Nice, but the weave is a little too straight, it doesn't follow the contour of the bonnet.

Hey, why did you cf the lights on the 3000gt?
youre alot better since your first post. keep it up.
