I didn't get SA delivered today, now I have the agonising wait untill they deliver it (monday unless they decide to deliver on weekends). This has been a **** day. :grumpy: :guilty: :indiff: :crazy: :ouch: :yuck: :sick:
 
Does Australia not get post on weekends...

In blighty we get post on Saturdays but not Sundays... unless it's the Sunday before Christmas and Christmas is on the Monday or Tuesday.

I feel sorry for you, this is why I dont preorder, so I can get it somewhere else if they (the place I preordered) get it late or are lazy.

Not usually, though I'm not sure about deliveries. I hope I get it tommorow, but I'm not optomistic.

Well they shipped it about 4 days ago so I though it would be on my doorstep today, I was obviously wrong. Also, one of the main reasons I pre-ordered from GPstore is because they were selling uncut, but then it turns out the Aussie version in't even cut. *sigh*
 
Yeah, I confirmed the Un-Cut GTA version today by having sex with 2 prostitutes and Robbing a House (previous speculation said that the Aussie version would leave this out, but they were wrong!). I also sent an Email to the Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC) and they will email me back...in the next 20 days!

Also, I really feel sorry for you man. I could tell you were crushed when I spoke to you on the Phone today. I told you that I don't see why deliveries shouldn't come on weekends, especially Saturdays, but who knows. It might, it might not. Just don't expect much, so if it comes, you will jump out of your skin (not before stabbing the Delivery Man in the neck with a big, thick, sharp object).

But when I first heard that the Aussie version was Uncut, I was EXTREMELY ecstatic, but I then thought of Blake and me getting the game before him...he told me he would kill me if both of them happened. :lol: I guess I better get in alot of San Andreas before the bloodstained teenager that just killed the postman knocks on my door.

Yes, but he doesn't want it spoiled. I was going to go over his house tomorrow, because he couldn't wait any longer, but he snapped out of it.

This will probably be the only weekend we won't be at each other's houses playing San Andreas. Maybe next weekend because we're advancing through missions. :lol:

I did the same, I was so happy knowing its uncut. I have the uncut GTA3 and GTA SA but the cut GTA VC :(

Got my copy of SA today, I wouldn't feel too bad about not getting yours straight away, it's so huge you won't be too far behind anyway!

Well, they only really cut out the prostitutes in previous versions. The Gore Mode cheat didn't work either, so I guess that was taken out. Anyway, in San Andreas I've gotten prostitutes to notice me (they come up and say "You want a good time, honey?" or whatever) but then they just walk off. :indiff:

Thats because you have to press right on the D pad to say yes (left is no), then they get in.

We have (Aussies) got uncut version this time.

Ahhh. That would explain it. Damn thing didn't tell me to press right or left, and I couldn't find anything in the manual. Thanks. :)

The manual? That thing doesnt tell you hardly anything exept how to put the discs in the PS2 and what shops there are.
 
Near CJ's home in the culdesac there, under the closest overpass, on the South side of the rode in the grass is a an "i" which gives you information about it.

There's plenty to do. We have the Uncut Version now. I don't really see why it would "defy the point" of GTA, etc. The GTA Game is about everything. There is alot to do in every game.

Also just to repeat some people, "Gore" wasn't cut out, just "Gore Mode" which extended the extent of the Gore. The prostitutes were the only thing really cut out, and until this game, they were kind of boring after a while, I've heard. The sex on this game is funny (when you have it with ugly Hookers) and you can also Pimp them, which I don't think you could do on the other games (as far as I know, correct me if I'm wrong).

Also, when any asks you anything, press Right on the D-Pad for a Positive Answer (eg, "Yes"), and Left on the D-Pad for a Negative Answer (eg, "No"). This works just on the street. If someone makes a comment on your clothes, press Right on the D-Pad to respond. I haven't tried Left on the D-Pad, as I don't think it makes any difference. You respond negatively to people that say bad things about your style anyway, so I don't think it would make much difference. Unless you can make negative comments to people who say good things about your style? I don't know.
 
How do you bath or something? I have people telling me I stink?

Do I need to change my clothes?
