Up the color intensity to about 58 or 60 for a more vibrant photo, balance it out with a bit of contrast at about 55 or 57 and experiment with different angles and lighting scenarios, of course you'll have to tinker with those (and brightness, just a tad) because of the different lighting scenarios but it'll be worth the effort.
Then you can move on to getting the hang of more things.
