The explanation is a little rough around the edges, but he's challenging people to use their WTC700 cars (in their WTC700 tune) for the WTC900 race with the game difficulty set to Easy.
Exactly this, much more concise than my obtuse explanation:)
 
I have come back after a small hiatus as I wanted to drive more of my cars here on my favourite track.
Today's post is the classic Porsche Spyder Type 550/1500RS.
With significant tuning to increase the power to match opponents in the WTC700 I was surprised to find that i could do 4 laps at FM1. The one drawback of this Spyder is the brakes, you will need to brake earlier and do more trail braking as it will lock up easy and you start sliding out of track. Tyre wear was not excessive with RM and IM tyres when it rained. I started with RS just to get some advantage but they were to "grippy" for my driving style and after the IM tyres came off in lap 6 I finished P1 with RMs in lap 7.

This is a Praiano tune but slightly modified for my controller driving...
Thanks for sharing, so much better than what I was using! It handled so well I had to give another try at under 100 Hp...Not possible anymore, had decently timed rain that would have been a top 5 finish back in the day, ended P 19 and nearly 2 minutes behind P1! The Honda RA272 remains the current low horsepower king and I can't think of anything to beat it.
