Mission accomplished🙂

It wasn't even a good performance by me, I was slower then I was before. Halfway into lap 2 I got this strange buck that feels like there's something wrong with the clutch/throttle. That's either a specific bug for this car or my controller is dying. Anyway, this completely put me out of the zone and I f'd up the rest of the lap.
At the third lap I realized that I can win, got nervous and f'd up again😕
But for the last lap I managed to stay cool and bring it home safely🙂

If I could do it, most people can. I guess it's like @kartrcr08 said and the AI's performance is somehow tied to your performance. So maybe my bad second lap did even help in the end?😄 Who knows.
But if you get the right grid/timing you can definitely win this with a bit of luck. And if you're a better driver than me, that also helps😂

Here are my settings:

Good luck everyone!

I took two of my newest cars to La Sarthe, my new Ferrari 250 GTO and my Porsche RSR.
With some additional parts and tuning the GTO had an easy time with minimal rain, just enough to force a change of tyres. I was able to accomplish 4 laps at FM6 and with one pitstop was able to win with 7 laps.

On the second race with the RSR I had more rain, it started at the end of lap 2 and continued on thru 5.
As I was entering pit lane at end of 2 I was rammed and spun around by the Corvette!

I thought that the AI respected some aspects of racing....

Quick question, what's the current best way of grinding credits? Reason for asking is i have had GT7 pretty much since day 1 but never had the time to sit and grind credits, got some time over Christmas so want to max the return to buy the cars I need.

They are many many cars that can win La Sarthe ,but the easiest way and the faster one is with Escudo since is capable to run even under 3.50s

You need RH and intermediate tyres.
High rpm turbo ( from the second missing page )
Racing gearbox at 330
And FM4 for 2 stop race .

Unfortunately my sheet is in Greek language but just follow the digits.
Note that Escudo tune belong to the " glitched" ones which gives higher pp with intermediate tyres depending on the settings.
Didn't use it with the latest update to see if something changed, but i hope not.

Here's the set up

Just make sure to have your eyes to the weather radar to switch to intermediate tyres on the right time ( not that you will have major problems if you don't)
