If you get a ticket 1000, a ticket '67 or a level 10 ticket you could randomly win a muira. Unfortunately I have none of these. It's the only way to get one without buying it.

No such thing as level 10 ticket. I have the other 2tickets but cannot trade for a week I would try getting the 67 ticket as it will give you a better chance of getting the car.

You can grind the seasonals and in less than 3hrs you'll have the 15 million. A lot of wad but with triple credits, easily done.
