I have 2, one is fully tuned and the other is bog standard, both great to drive, money well spent ;), the tuned one is better though if your thinking about tuning it.

Buy it, paint it, tune the backside off it, drop it low and stick on some big alloys. Goes like stink, drives like a dream. With all the new seasonals and time/drift trials, you'll get the money back in no time in any case.

Here's mine, running in the old Lambo seasonal

it's a really cool car, sounds nice, unfortunately anything other than the stock wheels look awful on it, like the "pimp my ride" crew worked on it haha

Don't ever buy those expensive classics, use tickets. They're good cars but an overall waste

Agreed.

I don't think any old classic like that or any super car for that matter should be upgraded or altered in any way in my opinion.

I'm glad you added 'in my opinion' to that.

Currently working on an upgrade/tune package for the expensive old Alfa - looks great so far, specially with a respray, aftermarket wheels and a drop.

I have an untouched Miura and a fully upgraded/tuned one and I have just as much fun (more actually) in the modded one. In my humble opinion it’s one of the few classics that take well to the upgrades. I’m sure Ferruccio would have used the upgrades if they were available to him ;)

Back to the question… I would say the Miura is still in my top three favourite cars at the moment. It does change but the Miura, 787b Stealth and the Camaro Z28 '69 RM are my top 3… today :D

Might go out and buy another Miura and tune it, I got 20.000.000 to waste. :D

I think it's worth getting if you want to snap shots of the car in a picturesque location with buildings set in the background in photo travel - very appealing. Personally I don't recommend painting the car with another paint as it's one of the historic cars representing the marque of Lamborghini... That's why I still leave it untouched. :sly:

It isn't about opinion, it's a matter of taste. People who put garish wheels on any car have none. The very idea of putting silly toy-car wheels on a classic like the Miura is frankly beyond belief... Do you go to bed wearing an Adidas cap? ;)

I have two myself keeping one original (0 miles) and the other tuned for racing.

I knew you couldn't win it, I have the game beat pretty much. I was just making a sarcastic point to make the guy look like a retard because he didn't know what he was talking about.

Purposely trying to make people look like retards is equally retarded.

Really, all that distain for me? I must have smoked you in a drag race or something. Anyway, I was thinking of the Alfa when I posted. My bad..

I got mine on my 1st trade here at GTP :)

Wonderful car... hands down...

I would have spent those 15 grands on him, no question... :)
