Hey guys i just did some hot lapping in a public server at the Ring and got the best lap in a Gallardo so i thought i would ask.

Post the car and the lap time you achieved. Also state if you used any aids.

Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Tuned with a wing.
Lap time: 6:12.363

No aids, ABS 1

Had a couple blunders but 95% clean lap.

Online times mean nothing? What are you talking about online times mean everything. The physics are different and those are the times that would be compared to real people your racing online.

Atleast say if it's practice or not 👍
 
i am proud of a A-spec 4 hour nurb lap time of 4:30.00+ not sure of the acctual but i raced with a X2010 it sounds like i am a noob but try it it still his hard

ABS on 1 and SRF (Don't gimme any grief about the assists... I REALLY don't need some elitests BS)

Thought it was a good time considering a few screwups... I got this time on the latest A-spec challenge for the seasonal events. The race was rated for 650PP...
 
6:56 with a fully tuned Dodge Ram! I was shocked when I ran this lap.
 
Coincidentally, I was testing an MG on the ring.

6:16.xxx with my 677hp BMW M3 GTR Race Car. I think it was around 633PP. I was surprised it went faster than my Skyline GT-R R34 TC which had 698hp and 650PP, which had a time of 6.19.xxx , both cars were using Racing Soft Tires and had their gear ratios optimized for the long back straight :dunce::dunce:

BTW, I did it on Practice in GT Mode :)

That is a good time. I don't have the RX-7 TC tho so i couldn't even challenge you :sly:

I met another racer that was able to get a 6.04 in the RX-7 TC. He races with SRF and ABS. I wanted to run similar settings and beat that time. It's a target time, I don't need SRF, but the lap times with it off are a hell of a lot slower (Why I can't figure out why people hate it...the whole idea is to go FASTER.) But like I said, IT'S A TARGET TIME. DON'T GIMME ANY GRIEF ABOUT IT. Find me online on GT5 and I'll take your ass to the cleaners regardless of wheather SRF is on or not.

P.S. He maxed out the RX-7 (around 641 PP) I got the time at 625 PP.
 
5:39 in an R8 Race Car '01 had to try at least 5 times to do it without a mistake,then got bested by a minolta toyota by 4 seconds.i was devastated.
 
For LMP cars, I was able to pull a 5.28 in a toyota Minolta only to get smoked 20 minutes later when someone pulled a 5 flat in the same exact car. I call it HACKS, but I don't care. I promptly parked my LMP cars after that and went to touring cars.

I just hit a 7:35.374 in a bone stock Camaro with SS tires and some suspension mods. I don't know if this is good or not but it's a personal best.

That is good for a stock camaro. The GTR runs mid 7:20's with hards on and your not too far off.

Why people hate it ? Because this is a simulator game and SRF makes you run like Ridge racer, which is the opposite of what most of us are interested in (basicaly it's a cheat to go faster implent by PD it doesnt replicate any real system like the other stuff like tcs, abs etc.. are doing). You're free to play the game the way you like obviously, but srf is not realistic nor interesting for most of the sim drivers.

I once got a 5:58.325 with a n Audi TT-R touring car on the nordschliefe :) I was proud of that when I did it :)

550 PP (power limiter), comfort medium tyres.
All assists off except ABS 1.

I managed 5:26 with the R92CP online (no aids except ABS=1). Whoever did 5 flat was probably using SRF.

6:50 IRC in a Mazda 787B in an open lobby practise room. Everyone went to LMP's for hot laps :lol:

Well I took RR because it's the game that cames in mind, and btw SRF is the same, you can drift around the corner and still be faster than someone without srf that is doing proper grip racing. That's the RR part for me.

Actually online times don't mean everything because of boost, drafts and internet speeds
