So why is the news anchor alive? And who is he talking to? Not very accurate news, is it?

It's making fun of many of the news outlets. Lately they've been spewing "news" that wasn't quite true. Saying things that couldn't possibly happen. Almost to the point that you can't believe they actually read the piece before they said it on the air.
