Nope, EU/UK/AUS will have to wait for the Store Update. BUT, you can join an online lobby if someones hosting the track (set location/area/whatever to all in lobby screen). I just did and it was fun.

We did a X2010 race with a finish of 0.00.263 between 1st and 2nd. And a Fiat 500 "endurance" race with three cars, which was surprisingly fun to do! It's 18+ minutes of drafting behind each-other and swapping for first place like a bunch of cyclists. Last one to draft before the finish wins haha, and a photo finish too: 0.00.068 between 1st and 2nd.
About half way through the night sets in, adding suspense as you can see the light from the headlights first (if you're in cockpit view) when someone next to you is ever so slowly gaining on you. It's mad but fun.
