I have only recently bought this game and have been mostly doing the "Hot Lap" events to get used to it. But I can't find any online leaderboards ingame to compare my times with others. So is there in fact a leaderboard?
For now, there is no leaderboard in game.
But I've created an online leaderboard where you can record your time and compare them with others.
You can also participate in some weekly challenges !
