Didn't they already do this as Page and Plant?

I saw that concert.

MUST. GO. AND. SEE.

I'd never thought I'd see them, ever. Shame John Bonham kicked it, but hey, 3/4 isn't that bad. :D

£125 per ticket? Damn it. Please God make them do just one more tour, I don't care if Robert Plant sounds like crap now I just want to be able to say to my kids I saw Led friggin' Zeppelin and how they're the greatest band of all time and your music today is rubbish blah blah blah...

It does feel good to say that, even if I only had the main two. I have to say Led Zeppelin anyway because when I say Page and Plant way too many people go, "Who?"

I want them to return to America. This would possibly be the only over-priced concert I would ever see. Well, maybe a witchcraft enabled Beatles reunion.

They'll go down like a lead balloon.

Ha ha..i think that was Keith Moon's joke when himself, Jimmy Page, Entwistle, and others were considering creating a new band that would 'go over like a lead balloon'. And then Jimmy took the joke a step further and changed the balloon to zeppelin...

A friend told me about this some time ago, he's really excited about it. I doubt they'll come over here though...

They'd be crazy not to tour. Think about it: Millions of long haired American middle schoolers would flood the venues, some possibly giving up things like erm.. pot and forking over 200 per person too see the show. When the Words Led Zeppelin and Concert come in the same sentence, 1/4 of the American youth will follow the sound in a stupor.

He actually said "Led Zeppelin" not balloon. So it says the Boxed Set2 that I bought along with the Led Zeppelin 4-Compact Disc Set.

FK
I saw that concert.
Me too, and I went to see Robert Plant live @ the Beacon Theater here in NYC :sly:
Just, simply amazing... and for the people who claims that Robert Plant's voice isn't the same, I say to them, STOP SMOKING THAT POT.....or go smoke some...

Call me an idiot, but I would pay up to $1,000 to see them. I just, simply, do not care.

This man is a prophet from gawd.
But I'm in hs now.

I would love to see them. 👍

Well, the Highschoolers are just taller versions of the aforementioned Jimmyphiles with deeper voices. And, they are more knowledgeable in their music history.

I'm from Kansas.. My state tends to shove its horrible perception of religion down everyone else's throat.

The allmighty Wikipedia says "balloon". So does both of the Led Zeppelin biographies on my bookshelf at home. :)

My friend emailed me a link to register for a ticket ballot (or something) - I have no idea what it is because the link was already down by the time I tried it.

I have to say, even though Zeppelin were great, I want to see Zeppelin in 1972, not 2007... I'm a big fan of Zeppelin's Atlantic stable-mates, Yes, and they are still going (and Lord knows perhaps they shouldn't be  ), but Yes of '72 kicked ass so hard, they redefined Foot and Mouth Disease... but, alas, those days are gone... and perhaps it's better that way.

I heard on the radio just now that they've had 20 million ticket applications.

So only 1 in 1000 applicants will be successful... Wow... :scared:

Perhaps someone should them that Paolo Nutini is going to be there too...

No he isn't... Jimmy Page is going to strap him to a sacrificial altar and bludgeon him to death with his double-necked guitar - hopefully.

Ooh! Will Alastair Crowley be on hand to offer James blunt's soul to the devil? :dopey:

1 in 1000 will succeed in getting a ticket. Wow. Kindof Off topic, but Hannah Montana sold out in about a minute and 17 seconds for the Sprint Center in Kansas City. It's amazing how fast some shows sell out.
