A place where you can fly a drone around the world map seeing all of the different facilities, garages,
race tracks, cafés etc from a drone's perspective. And also set the drones up for capturing races with
several different options for angles and speeds.

One drone could cost 1-5 million credits depending on the features of the drone.
Lesser priced drones have lesser features while the more premium drones have the capability to chase any
car at any angle and capture replays in a whole new way.
Say a maximum number of five drones to fly around a race track at any time and capture the action, whether
it is an online lobby or circuit experience or what have you.

The drones could also be painted and liveried in GT Auto.

What on earth would you want a drone factory for? A heli cam option in replays would suffice.

That drone option sounds unlikely, the courses graphics are not that great and they will cause fertile terrain for a lot of bad images to pop up.
