Sounds like those in the Texas state congress need to smoke some weed. They're way too uptight about this.
Just makes me glad I'm on the west coast where it's legalized just about everywhere... except for some locations (schools, hospitals, etc.) which I can understand, but I should be allowed to smoke weed in the comfort of my own house at the very least and not be deemed a criminal activity.
Only thing I left I can say to the Texas state congress - SMOKE WEED EVERYDAY.
