well, in a theoretical sense the 20M cars won't ever go up in price so it's usually wise to leave them till last if your plan is to buy all the cars eventually. The cars that aren't 20M could potentially go up as time goes by.

It's not in Forza Horizon 5 either, but they priced a different 300SLR (the two-seat, open-top, Mille Miglia-winning GT racer that's based on the W196R we have in GT) at 143,000,000cr seemingly on the basis of "close enough" and "why not".And let’s not forget that certain cars in recent years have gone for a whole lot more than the 20 million car price cap, one even famously went for comfortably more than the current 100 million credit cap.
That one being the 1955 Mercedes Benz 300SLR Uhlenhaut Coupe that reportedly went for over $140 Million.
Now obviously that car isn’t in GT7, but the Ferrari 250 GTO is and one of those sold for over $50 Million at auction back in 2023.
I'd mostly wait until the 911 GT1 Strassenversion is back in the UCD specifically in either white or silver, as I think it looks best in those colors. That is, unless you plan to make a custom livery for this yellow one that's currently available, in which case I'd just go for it. Also, unlike every other car on your list, only the 911 GT1 Strassenversion has multiple colors, so it's not like that's another factor to worry about for the other cars you've listed.
Save the credits, the high $$ cars will come back
I have been waiting on the Straßenversion for going on 3 years myself. I plan on getting one eventually but every time I have that thought there's something I want more 😁. But seriously I would wait on that it's easier to get 10 mil than 20 mil. That said if you see it with the arrow pointing up his ahead and grab because it won't be 10 mil the next time you see it
Should be around the end of November unless it becomes a special pick before then.
