Let me see if I understand this....

B class is the place I've struggle most to-date. I read posts in the tuning section where drivers are offering setup advice to improve performance in B class events.

But, B class events do not allow for making changes to car settings.

So, does this mean if I choose a car for an S class or online event and change the settings, those settings will stay with the car (assuming I saved them) if I go back and use it in a B class event?

I was under the impression that B class events allowed use of the car at default settings only. Hoping I'm wrong - maybe I can change some bronze and silvers to gold?

Once you have unlocked quick tuning, you can use it in all classes and races that actually allow tuning at all, including C, B and A.

You need to unlock quick tune, either by getting to S class (I think this is the way) or beating the game.

Once you you get to s class you will unlock quick tuning, but in your case that doesn't help you because you must beat all b class events to unlock S.

If he just wants to upgrade his bronzes/silvers to golds, perhaps he has passed b already.
My advice is to watch others replays of the races to see where you can gain speed.

Wow. I never noticed that I could quick tune in the B and C classes after unlocking it. I'll go back and check that out because I could never get golds at Eiger Nordwand.

Thanks for the replies folks. I figured out Friday night what the issue is. It's the driving missions. And, we're not allowed to adjust settings in those.

The two that I'm struggling to convert silvers to golds in are both at the Swiss track. I love that track and I'm having fun with the Evo and the BMW there. But, gold still eludes me.

I'll have to watch some vids to see where I'm losing speed. On the Evo, I'm within 1 second of gold and with the BMW I'm 1.25 seconds off a gold trophy.

Thanks again. I wasn't being very clear with my question. By the way, S class unlocked. I have yet to worry much with it though since I'm being so anal about having all golds in A, B, and C. And, the Nordwand driving missions is all I lack there - and I refuse to ride the rails.
