True, but most of our ideas are things that'll appeal mainly to the hardcore fans that are going to buy the game regardless.

Sure $ is important for a game company, but i'm sure that the creative team around GT5, isn't concerned about $, they are constantly trying to improve this Title, and wanna make the best Sim race ever, and keep on doing it..

SO the creative team, that we actually are trying to communicate with, isn't concerned about money, but the distributor is, SONY!!

Well, i have some doubts there, but hope you're right...
OT: as i tried to say before, they read this and they know what we want, full game is a different story any many of our wishes are obsolete e,g. we don't know if they plan to keep the pp/online system.
We have a few threads here where PD can pick some ideas, if they wish.
My concern is they could implement things we don't really need, like improve the online in its current state :nervous:, they maybe never had the intention to keep it that simple and basic... we don't know, so how can we make suggestions assuming there will be PPsystem and sliders to adjust...
 
^^ in a purpose of just gathering all the ideas etc thrown out in here, it could help at least a bit. This could be the discussion thread and the other the "list", that sums up everything in a systematic way.

IIRC PD appointed someone to gain insight into the US market (read: non-Japanese market) back in the days of GT4 development. One of the great statements that came out of that whole fiasco was that "the AI has been been vastly improved to provide a more realistic experience, modeled after real racing drivers!" :lol: (apparently Japanese gamers aren't so concerned with AI realism). We all know how great the AI was in GT4...

But I'm OT. I think the idea is great, and I pointed out in the above-linked thread that we should consider attracting PD to certain threads here on GTP. GT fans in my experience are some of the most loyal game fans I've encountered, and if I were Product Manager for GT I would certainly want to know what GTP members are saying.

I think the admins or moderators would be the best candidates to approach PD as representatives of the site, but we need to move quickly, since the game is nearing its final development stages.
