Lets make a track list from the shots and Video's we've seen.

So far I've seen a Time Square track... (oh god that is going to own.) And a new rally track (that too will own)

In the screen shots from Evo you can also make out Tsukuba Circuit, it's a track that is used very heavily in the Best Motoring videos, and for drifting comps in Japan.

The new rally track I think will be called Grand Canyon (or something similar), can see those words in one of the shots.

The screenshot at gamespot and elsewhere with the bamboo along the road could be a reworking of Tahiti Maze, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is another rally track, maybe somewhere in south-east asia.

EDIT: that's probably the new china track.

From the new (sort of making of) video (with the pit stuff & new york, etc.) I'm pretty sure that there will be a Paris track. Then there is Hong Kong. So that makes at least the following new tracks:

China - Rally?
Hong Kong - Street, no doubt
Tsubuka - Japan, street
Paris - Street
New York - Street
Grand Canyon - US, Rally
