I apologize to the administrators for opening this new thread.
In the last few days I have thought a lot about GT series future,so I'd like to show you my opinion.

I'd like to write a letter for Mr Kazunory,even if he'll probably never read it:

Dear Mr Kazunory
Thanks for the emotions you have given us since the first game of the GT series.
But please,now listen to the GT people's voice:
We only want that you'll keep all your promises about GT5 prologue,and certain news about GT5 release date.
We have been waiting GT5 for a long time,so please give us new features for GT5 prologue at least.
If you do this,all the GT players will be grateful.
We want to keep on feeling emotions,to keep on growing our passion,to keep on being proud GT players.

No matter what you do, GT5 will be released on a not rushed bases. Though I believe that you would have to learn calligraphy than English. But nice video.

To the OP, you might want to change the title to: letter to Mr. Kazunori rather than letter from Mr. Kazunori

a letter for Mr. kazunori means he sent you one :p Not to worry though 👍

I do not want PD to rush for GT5
Because I want the game to be COMPLETE with other DownLoads as well.

But if they Rush game, it will be like PROLOGUE that needs tremendous DLs.

PD. Take all the time. I can wait till 2010, because I know they you will make a good quality simulator as well you will for fill people's demands.

But yeah, give them the time to develope it, the only thing that i really need are more infos.

It make me remenber the days that i used to play GT in the PS2 before it was stole, and GT 2 with the super-hyper-mega Dual Shock that rumbles (WooooooW !1!), in the races of 2h i used to play with my dad, even know my dad still playng GT in the PS3.

It's incredible how passionate the GT community is! The video is superb! The editing and choice of footage goes brilliantly with the music. Well done!

However, the plea to Mr Yamauchi sounds a little desperate! I would understand if a new Gran Turismo was not in development. The reality is that Gran Turismo 5 will be with us when Kaz and Polyphony Digital feel it is ready. All we can hope for is some news (and I am glad that they will not rush it).
 
They have already said there release date target is 2009 so they must 3/4 of the way though the game.
 
KY knows what GT fans want. Don't rush him, let him do his 'thing'.. ;)

The title is misleading, I was expecting a letter from him...

But since we are the largest Gran Turismo fansite maybe we should put together a list of questions and send it to PD or Mr. Kazunori himself.

Now that I like. You could set up a new thread and people could suggest only 1 question each. All of those questions can then go into a Poll and the top 15 or so could be put into a letter to send.

But if you make a thread like that, it will attract members of course, but how can you really define what a fan wants based on another person's likings? GT1 really set the standards on what GT5 is going to come out. Though I don't know if PD is willing enough to change "Gran Turismo" just by adding collisions. Though Gran Turismo is a simulator but though it should come to a level were it sets itself apart from other" Simulations" otherwise, I ( as a consumer) might go for something that has all of GT5 ( or probably more) but at a lower price.
Just wait it out. That's all, like how people are waiting for Star Craft 2 and Blizzard is making one hell of a job out of that one. Especially after they canceled " StarCraft : Ghost".

Looking forward to what gt5 will bring us and where kaz will go from here .

Awesome video Pino-R. It's amazing how a 'video game' can bring us such emotion:)

I'm sure Kaz would be proud especially because his main goal is for the user to feel the emotion that is associated with cars.
