Yep. Find someone looking for a car you have and ask for a 19 ticket. Or join a contest and win one. But the trade thing will work quicker. (I'm booked out for 2 weeks or I would help. Sorry.)

If you still need it, I have one. I don't need, because I already have nearly every car from that ticket. PM me or send a PSN request (ID is in the profile) so we can set the trade.
Just do the proper seasonal series to get the ticket. It's still there and isn't that hard. (There seems to be an amazing amount of people that desperately want cars but actually hate to race for some reason. Seems nonsensical to me.)
