Ok so I realize I can't trade any of the level 23 cars.. So I'm sorry for that false information. But I can't trade car in general. I've got some random prize cars over the course of time. I may have one you desire. I have quite a few paint chips because I simply don't waste my time painting the cars I buy. Not to mention the ones won from seasonals and such.
