Level 5 Car Coupon?

Can I buy any level 5 car for free or does it pick one for me? You get this after youve beaten all of the Amateur Series races.

I haven't used them. Is there anything good about not using them?
Does it pull a random used car from your used car list? If so, it would be smart to wait for a set of good level 5 cars in your used car list.

I don't think it takes one off your used car list.. I had a lvl 12 coupon that I used and got a pretty decent rally car (can't remember the name of it off hand).. I may be wrong but I'm about 90% sure I didn't see that at the used car dealership beforehand.

Well I have recieved the "base rally car" and "rally car" coupon when I golded the GT Ralley, and both cars that I recieved where not in the used car room. 100% certain.

For the curious: I got a Lancia Strata and a Celica WRC car for those two tickest.

I forget what event rewards the coupons, but they show up in your car delivery like any other reward car does. You just open car delivery, select the coupon and it gives you a random level 5 car.
