i've had a few races sofar. :) its okay. if you put it on expert mode w/ no assists, it feels better. still arcadey but fun. Plus its freeeeeee. :P I didnt know the game had real cars in it, i thought they were all fictional.

Its moderately arcadey, but way better than a NFS: Underground game. The cars do like to slide, everything has 50mm rear sway bars.

Got my DFP working with it, along and did some racing with MistaX. Quite a bit of fun around the England track. Using that little Vitz RS clone basically... I love it.

Yeah I've downloaded it, installed it, updated it but haven't played it yet. :P

I need some free time, please!

Downloaded and installed but my god does it take a long time to update!! It's been going for hours!

It's about 200MB of update, it shouldn't take that long.

By the way, I still haven't played this! Luckily in two weeks I'll have a month off work. :)

Donwloaded and updated.
Will probably online tonight at around 8 or 9 GMT

Don't know if i'm going to play this much.
I prefer the LFS demo over this.

I agree with Bert, it especially doesn't help when the game crashes on your first attempt at an online race.

Well, ehh, i had another go later tonight, and got my level E license.
I now have a 4WD vehicle, and one of the modifications you can buy is a spare tire on the front hood :)

It can't touch LFS, but at least you can add upgrades to the car + it has more tracks.

just go to the garage, and in the upper right area it says cars or something like it.
You then get a popup screen with a list of you cars.

Edit: I'm now level E-IV :)
Did a boring 30 laps around an oval, but i received like 8000 credits.

Yes, it was a race.
The car in your garage with the open wheels can only be used for that race.
I'm now on level D-I thanks to like 50-60 laps around that 'track' :)
Also did other races, but the more miles you drive, the more credits and experience you get.
And you can cover a lot of miles quick on that track with that special car.
The down part is that it's very boring.
edit: it's the thunder alley race.

Open wheels????

I still haven't been able to find my 4x4!

*edit*

Oooooh! got it!

Waait, how do I get this damn race to get all this XP, i've raced a few times, baught that damn FR in the beginning of the game uhm... Co... something, I like it, just not fast enough for me! Lmao

Must.. Revive... Thread!

Well, I've played this a whopping 3 times so far and I think I'm finally getting the hang of it. The missions are crap but the online is good. So far, I like it. If anyone still has this, I'd be up for a race or two. I'll be on tonight at 1am my time probably on the first server.

Ooooh theres a bonus to this game. Hardly anyone plays it, so theres only a few punters!.

anyone still played this? i just reinstalled it on a whim, and it looks like they've added some new cars, new modes, and the game seems more polished over all. I just wish the force feedback was a bit better. NFS most wanted and gives me better force feedback .
