What levels do you get the tickets at? I'm up to level 14, and if I'm not mistaken, I haven't received a single "free" car for leveling up yet. US Version, btw.
You don't get them for levelling, you get them for completing groups of races. For example, the "Level 5 car ticket" is won by completing the beginner races, and gives a level 5 car; it's not won when you reach level 5.
