Understeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer. Seriously what's wrong with this car in FM4? In GT5 it didn't understeer this badly but here holy crap :banghead:

As per usual, most modern roadcars are usually set up to exhibit just that, understeer. For safety reasons.

Don't overcook the corners, keep the basic rule of "slow in, fast out" in mind and it's a brilliant car to drive. Also, stop thinking of GT5 as the be-all, end-all benchmark for realistic car handling.

Never experienced understeer in it. In fact it's one of my popular drifting cars when I feel like driving like a loony, and has loads of grip when I don't. As far as S-Class cars go though I'm partial to the Weismann.

Every S class car seems to understeer a lot, or feels like it understeers, because you're always going faster than you think you are.
This is true, a lot of people forget that you can't brake at the point as you do in a slower car and they go into the corners too fast.

First of all, what settings you're using ? Pads, wheel, tcs, other assist ?

2nd I drove it for the challenge around infineon replicating the one seen in Top Gear America and I didnt notice any noticable understeer to be honest.

If you're getting understeer then you're not using enough throttle :p If you think the LF-A is bad then try the E39 M5. It's terrible for understeer, you have to kick the back end out to take corners at a competitive speed!

I found the LFA to exhibit a lot of understeer in GT5 but thought it handled fine in FM4.

The LFA is one of my favorite cars in F4 so far. Just an amazing machine to drive. I didnt get the DLC in F3 so its nice to finally enjoy this car. Especially from this angle. 👍

I feel the same way the LFA is a great car for drifting, and its just soooo sexy!

Who drives a Prius at race speeds?
Plus that illegal, so that Top Gear segment must have been irrelevant.

Well, either way. saying it's economical isn't a correct statement. It's economical when driven slowly, but when driven quickly it's less economical than supercars.

Its an odd thing in this game. I experience understeer in most cars as well. But then I haven't driven most of these cars, so I have no idea if it's life like.

Slow in and fast out is still the best way to deal with any corner, so it doesn't really matter. You can power slide some corners if you hit it right, but in the end it's all about your exit speed.

If you guys have hard times controlling cars with a pad, try rapidly countersteering and steering while starting to oversteer. It gives me very fast times.

As with the LF-A, I only notice understeer if I floor it mid-corner, and that's supposed to happen.
