ive heard that you win it when you get 100% completion of the game, but i want one sooooooo bad lol

Very unlikely. GT4 had a black F1 car as the 100% prize, i doubt GT5 offers a crummy standard car like the Speed 12 (crummy to some people anyway ;p) as the prize, it'd probably be a premium of sorts ;p

Hey all first post but I have a reflex purple Speed 12 stock with 73km on it willing to trade. Just one lap around Deep Forest, oil change already, but if I remember engine rebuild and suspension are around 400k total. I would be willing to trade for the Nissan R390 road car.
