Im stuck on this event. Ive tried it with many cars, the best one was the veyron, but i couldnt come close to winning. What is the best car to use for this race?
I used a Corvette ZR1 for that race because you can Race mod it. Which makes it a lot better. At the time I saved up 5mil to buy a race car that ended up being bogus. ZR1 saved me.

Any LMP or Group C with Racing Softs, max downforce and no aids will do the trick. However, you can use either a Mazda Furai or a Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 RM to win the race.
i had a corvette Z06 hanging about in the garage so RM'd it and tuned to 640 bhp i think it was and done Like The Wind with that car although you have to heavily defend position on the final straight and i lost out a couple times by .42 of a second on Indy
Is the RM ZR1 more stable than the Furai? I'm currently struggling with Daytona with the Furai, because it slides over the track like a drunk skater in Holiday on Ice (full downforce, soft slicks, all upgrades installed).
