It seems Lincoln had been accidentally leaked. :D

I imagine that the mostly likely car would be the 2013 MKS.

Well how about that.

So that makes 2 versions of the Taurus SHO if the 2013 MKS is the car. I honestly hope it's the '64 Continental.

That is uggggggggggggggggly! (The MKS not the continental)

I like the Continental, but I doubt it would be the first Lincoln we'd get. That, and I prefer the MKS over the Taurus, so I'm ok with this.

To me, the 2013 MKS looks much, much better in person. The presentation photos seem to be the absolute worst angles for the car. Front dead center, left and right sides all at standing height looks better than the three quarters views at knee level, that the typical manufacturer uses. I got the chance to see one at the last car show, and I was very impressed with it. If I had the money, it would be one of the cars I'd buy.

The only thing hindering it, in my book is it's over abundance of size. This car is BIG. It knows it's big, and all that girth seems as if it would drive like an SUV. The plus side of that is, 22" wheels makes it look proportional though. Just avoid chrome like the plague though.

Then there is the 2013 MKZ. That thing is GORGEOUS in person!

As would I... But not before I got a 2013 MKZ 👍

:edit:

Now that I think about it... The 2013 MKZ might be the car we are getting.

It'll never happen, but what I REALLY want is a 1940 Continental to complement the Ford we just got. :D

I would like to see a Mark VIII from the '90s. Most Lincolns I'm only so-so towards style-wise, but those are good-looking cars by any standard.

I'd also second the '64 Continental in a heartbeat. 👍

Cool with the lincoln brand and I hope its the old stuff like continental. I have never liked the brand. Not an suv fan so the navigator doesn't excite me. Would love an old conti even if it drives like a boat.

An LS wouldn't be too shabby, either.

Judging by all the pics posted Lincoln don't make a good looking car

We need a really old Lincoln. 1930ish Something Rock Solid.

Like the Canyonaro:

12 yards long, 2 lanes wide,
65 tons of American Pride!

Try this baby out in the King of the Hill challange!!

The LS would instantly be my Luxo-Sedan Vehicle of choice. Too bad Forza wouldn't allow a certain engine swap with an 04 Mustang Cobra.

I wouldn't mind owning the real thing too.

I'm not the only one who thought of this scene from family guy when looking at these '12 Lincolns am i?

^ I am afraid you were the only one.

The common thought of the Lincoln grille is...

The Lincoln grille has history, and I like it.

Why not throw have the Lincoln Navigator and Lincoln Town Car. The Town Car is the same thing as the Crown Vic, and considering the police like 'em...

Truthfully I do like Horbury's rendition of the twin waterfall grille. It's just pretty common to see the grille referred to as baleen. But I'd take almost any Lincoln over the Ford equivalent right now. The new SHO is the only car that i would choose the Ford first... strictly because of it's power and performance is better than the MKS. But MKS vs. Taurus SES and lower... The MKS wins.

Back on topic...

Speaking of Horbury's vision. I'd like to see this...

The Lincoln MKR Concept.
