a lot of people probably know, but f stands for formula, the first number is the number of cylinders (6 for 6, 0 for 10) the next two numbers are the last two digits of the year (example: 88 for 1988) the "/" and the letter at the end is the last initial of the driver (S for Ayrton Senna)

It goes to 217 mph instead of 198 mph. (Real car's top speed is 198 mph)

This is incorrect. The real life XJ220 is actually capable of going 217.1 MPH, as proven during testing on the Nardo Ring by Martin Brundle. (Given though the catalytic converters were disabled and the rev limiter was increased to 7,900 RPM) On a straight road, this would be equivalent to 223 MPH.
