Add it to the list
done and added the other evos too

honestly if GT added the base GT3 versions with additional parts in the GT auto to make it evo , that would be fine imho

The upcoming Lexus/Toyota GT3 (at the back) along with the road version at Goodwood

Regarding SUVs, I'd totally be down for SUV-based Gr.4/Gr.3 racers, but mostly if it's the only way to get certain brands represented, like how someone mentioned DS. That Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross from Stock Car Brazil genuinely looks cool, too!

For sure. It's working for that series. About what, 30-32 cars participate each race? Too cool if PD added they're own, but as they've mentioned about converting FF cars like the RCZ to Gr.3 spec, it'll take a while to build.

Im pretty sure that for GT8 we might see Peugeot and a few other brands with new more up-to-date fictional GT3 cars: for example, the new '25 208 GTI GR.3. just an prediction, i would prefer not to tbh

i actually do, i just didnt wanted people thinking it was a wishlist. Though to be fair at most times they are damn slow compared to others. Only exceptions are when they want to replicate a car that actually exists, for example C7.R - C7 GR3

of course 👍

btw here are the debuts from Goodwood so far

i think those new Toyota cars will be Lexus and i wouldnt be suprised to see the road car in GT7 kinda like Mazda RX-Vision was then in GT8 the racing version on the cover

No we need cars with actual sporting pedigree. SUVs do not make sense as Group 4 or Group 3 cars because their chassis aren't suited to performance driving and the aerodynamics wouldn't be any good either.

The CR-V drift car is close to what a Gr.3 SUV would look like. Not too far off the Gr.3 WRX and Lancer in terms of its aerodynamic aids.

Maybe off-topic but some possible additions basing on a possible scenario of PD wanting to get more brands on the GTWS
I have choosen some brands that may be more popular than others.

Mini - Maybe the latest Mini Cooper S in GR.3 and GR.4 versions
Maserati - Its safe to say the '22 MC20 in gr.3 and gr.4/GT2 (im pretty sure you can fit it as a gr.4) versions. But seeing PD previous decisions, maybe expect a Gran Turismo S '22 as gr.4/3, one of the other, not both.
Fiat - 500e GR.4 and 500e GR.3

Now whats important- discussing about the thread is actually about.
I noticed nobody talking about some important brands like Renault. (other than RobertHammer post)
So for Renault, considering that PD probably is not adding SUVs as GR.3/GR.4 cars, i think that theres two clear options:
Clio E-tech '25 /RS '16 GR4
Megane RS Ultime (pd love to add special trims) '23 GR.3
Im not sure if Hyundai will compete considering Genesis participation, but in case i just expect a Ioqniq 5 gr.4 and Elantr GR.3, maibe an vision 74 gr3

Genesis is no longer a GTWS partner and Hyundai already has real-life Gr.4 material in i30 N/Elantra N TCR. A Gr.3 car based on Vision 74 may work, but I think they might go Atenza Gr.3 way with the Elantra instead.
