Liveries not downloading.

Hey guys, just recently started downloading liveries so I’ve downloaded about 3-5 and I went to look to apply them and they’re not in my collection or my library? Tried downloading them again and again and still the same thing.
Any solutions?

I'm having the same problem from west coast of U.S.
After I bought the safety cars this morning from Mileage Exchange, I downloaded some police liveries. Now all my liveries are gone(car, suite, helmet). My car liveries are still on my cars in garage, but can't change any liveries on anything. When I go into "library" & click on "livery" it says I have 0(ZERO) liveries.
 
Right now, both the GT Sport game and website are having problems displaying downloaded decal and livery collections in 'My Library'. Others, including myself, have been unable to access decals in this or the 'Livery Editor' since this morning (as discussed in this thread). Perhaps what you're experiencing might be connected to that.

So far, we have no idea as to what's causing these issues, but I've been getting a few 'network error' prompts whenever I try to load 'My Library' from the website. Scapes and Replays appear fine, but not decals or liveries. This makes me suspect that a server/connection issue might be at fault, but I'm not entirely sure.
 
Same here.

GT Sport's servers seem to be awfully slow today. I could barely open the livery editor, and everything from my library (saved decals, liveries, etc.) is gone.
 
All the liveries I downloaded from the website are not showing up in the game and people on Reddit are reporting similar issues. Safe to say this is affecting everyone.
 
I was going to do a livery for the dodge safety car and apparently I lost all the stickers on my library, when I went to the website is showing a server error on the stickers and livery section :/
 
Seems to be a rather big incident at PD's since they haven't managed to fix it yet. I really hope they get it up running again very soon since it's Christmas after all and lots of new players may (or may not) get a PS4 and GTS :nervous:
 
Tried sharing one of my helmet designs a few minutes ago; came up with a 'Failed to create livery' error as soon as it reached 100%. Clearly there must be a bigger problem affecting the 'sharing' part of the online service.
 
I started having trouble this morning while working on a livery. I could see my saved decals but was unable to apply them to my livery. At least I'm not the only one having problems which indicates that it's not a problem with my PS4.
 
Maybe the last update broke things.
I did have that problem after the update, no cars no livery.
Then after an hour it all came back.
But now to day I was about to get my car ready for tomorrow & all has gone from my "User decal & collection"
It take extra long to open & close livery editor.
I also noticed no update to my DR & SR rating in the GTS application & my GT game profile.
Also had a few strange network drops for no reason.

So this Xmas is not a good Xmas in GT town.

But strange not heard anything from PD about this problem
 
Not sure if it's related, but I sometimes see a livery, and its a huge (!) Exclamation mark. It sometimes allows me to preview, sometimes not, and when you download it, it will not let you put it on a car at all.

Whats up with these liveries?
 
As of 12:50 on the west coast I'm having the same problem. I made a livery but it got stuck at 99% when I tried to apply it and then it fails.
 
Same here, just created a livery on the Charger and it saves it to My Library, but then it says "Failed to create livery", and then when i go to change it, it's nowhere to be found, which is weird because, like i just said, it's saved in My Library
 
I just bought GT Sport last night, but didn't have time to check out features like the livery editor until today. Imagine my surprise when I kept getting "unable to create livery" errors whenever I tried to save my first livery, which took about 30-40 minutes to make. After stumbling upon this post, I'm glad and relieved to know that the problem isn't on my end.
 
Yeah I have the same exact problem earlier today.

At first I thought i was having network issues, but apparently not.
 
What a nice suprise today :drool:

Strangely, some decals were avaiable, some not. But it's still the same as you guys have reported, unable to create livery when saving.

What I am sometimes wondering about is the fact, that PD is completly silent about problems. But hey, it's christmas, so maybe let them and us spend some time with our friends and family.

Not sure if Christmas has anything to do with it since traditionally the Japanese do not celebrate it in any religious form whatsoever. It's just a time of general happiness.
 
This must've started happening after I played yesterday, as I was able to change my livery on the Mercedes AMG GT3.
 
All online activities are suspended until maintenance can fix this problem thanks for your patience.

It started right around the time when Lebowski started his thread in the livery section. I had issues starting, too and came here to either check if there already was a topic for it or to start one :D
 
My unfounded suspicion (which might be completely wrong) is as follows...:

1. It's Christmas.
2. The schools have broken up.
3. Those "lovable" kids are DDOSing servers and overloading the network, as they do every year (remember when they took PSN down altogether?). Perhaps there is a specific vulnerability in the way the GTS communicates in these areas which isn't applicable to PSN network generally?
 
Activity feed is showing up again, I'm sure it was down earlier. It might be that things are slowly coming back online.

This is generationism, but ok
 
Server was up all day even though my activity feed and liveries were not working. Now the server is down. Merry Christmas...didn't the same thing happen this time last year, or the year before?
