Do you mean you can't drive a lap of Silverstone in a 4WD road car without going off the track or hitting cones? How do you think you'd fare with the requirements to get a lap of Spa done in the much trickier LMP2 without hitting cones to unlock it?

They could at least put it in the dealership for everyone!

Unfortunately this is the attitude of gamers today (hence all the moaning about p-cars handling) if it's to hard or they cant do it then the game must be broke / crap.

Unfortunately again PD have succumbed to this to appeal to the masses & made GT6 the easiest GT to date (SRF forced on, 24mins instead of 24hrs, stuff like that) and people are still asking for handouts.

I remember when you only had 3 lives or a time limit in games, no saves, no continues, nothing, you had to work hard to complete a game back then.

Maybe PD should join forces with the British government & call the next GT game GT BENEFITS where you get free handouts for doing **** all, maybe that'll keep the **** players happy.

Just do a slow, lazy lap around the circuit and don't worry about your lap time.....car then will be awarded. 👍

I think you have to at least Bronze each round before moving on to the next.

My misunderstanding but my initial point still stands: Do the thing I suggested for round 1, then round 2, then round 3 to get the car.

On the other hand, if you can't do 2'20 in the GTR-Nismo at Silverstone (9 seconds slower than gold) and 1'37 (again 9 seconds slower than gold) in the Nismo GT3 at Brands Hatch, maybe the LMP2 isn't for you.

I see Sonics issue here but he should be able to do a clean Bronze lap. I mean, I did it on my first try with a very, very sloppy and slow, but clean lap.

It's where some of the respondents here have a problem as well If you can't enter the event, you can't get the car by running in the event.

How exactly are they "Getting money" just from people doing the event?

You can win the car for free without spending credits on the car and you can do it the same way you win the VGT cars: one timed lap (no offs) and its your's just for participating.

Yes, I understand this now but as I stated (and you apparently failed to read) my advice still stands. See my post #16 and #19. I'm just trying to help here as opposed to belittle him which some people are doing and I'm still getting crap.

I think you misunderstood me. I actually mean those who don't want to do the event and instead want to buy the car straight out without doing said event (the VGT cars are the same way), and therefore they won't gain any money if they choose to do just that unless they do the event to get money as well the car (if they do the event and get bronze though).

I did indeed, my mistake.

Overall, I was just saying the means to attain the car without paying is very simple and yet in his frustraition with not being able to get a clean time, he makes it out to be a impossible task and blames PD.

hey, lay off him. Those cones are a pain in the fanny, and the thought of clipping them always hurts my lap times a bit. Not everyone here is a hardcore veteran from GT1, some people(myself included) are comfortable with the easiness of GT6.
