Login Bonus problem

For the past 2 days when my grandson logs in to GT6 on his account on my PS3 he gets the daily login bonus, but when I login later the same day to GT6 on my account it does not bring up the daily bonus and my count stays at one.
Did I miss a notice from Playstation, or do I need to clear System Cache, or is something else happening?

That's normal, if you login the same day nothing should pop up as it's already notified you for the day.

Are you certain? It should work normally. It's been working perfectly since day one over here. If you don't play the game (whilst logged in) for 5 days, your count resets to one.

It has been working fine here until a couple of days ago. that is why I wondered if I need to clear or did I miss a notice

There have definitely been no notices or stops of the bonus system, but I have no idea what would cause it to quit working. You can go ahead and clear the cache, but I'm not really certain that makes a difference.
 
Mine did this for 2 or 3 days about a week ago then went back to normal. Not sure why.
 
I've been sitting at a neat 4 for five days straight now. Really wierd. And frustrating, since I only get 170% instead of 200%.
 
I am now having this same problem. Also getting server disconnects and saying that I need to agree to the Terms of Use. All this started this morning after I updated the PS3 and then downloaded the GT update. Anyone know what the issue could be or what I need to do to get this fixed. This is the error I get. "A connection to the server could not be established." (ID=2) I'm online as far as the PS3 goes, its just not connecting to PD's servers and when I do get connected, I usually end up getting disconnected after about 10 or 15 minutes.
 
Just an update on my issues. I went and put the wireless router in my room and hard wired my PS3 and my issues seem to have been fixed with that....also put my PS3 in DMZ. I've ran wireless for a number of years and never had a problem till now, so who knows what created the problem. Might be due to my recent move and where I'm living at, there are two more apartments all with WI-FI, plus the jail is down the road with a great big tower full of antennas so maybe it was just interference. At any rate, seems to be fixed now.
