I haven't unplugged the rj connections but I've made sure they are secure and fully connected.

But like I said I was getting nothing to the base...even brakeforce setting was gone from the on wheel display options.

@LOGI_Rich do you perhaps know how many mm the red part is? Can’t find it on the internet. This is the clamp for the RS Shifter/Handbrake. I want to order the correct length M6 bolts 😊. I’m going to put the bolts via the top side and mount it to the Playseat trophy shifter mount plate. That’s why I need it. Thanks!

@morfei1 yes, that’s fixed.

@donneratze we’ll of course be keeping an eye on Steam Machine.

PMR supports Trueforce and ACR does not at the moment, although there’s still plenty of time to go before V1.0.
Well this is dissapointing

I literally was testing this today. There is an implementation which responds to the TF Audio setting, which indicates that they support Trueforce to some extent. This is on PC - haven’t had a chance to test console yet.

Yep, it's failing to enumerate correctly for some reason - hence checking all connectivity.
Ok... So I fully disconnected and reconnected everything including the RJ cables from the pedals to the control box.

I fully uninstalled and reinstalled ghub on the first computer like I pictured before and still got the same result... Showing inactive and strangely showing two panels representing the pedals. I use the USB for the wheelbase like you suggested for this.

Using the same cable I then did the same test with my laptop and got this...well I can't share the video here...but just repeatedly going in and out.

I would swear it was the USB...but it's not... everything was very securely mounted to a rig...I'm guessing it's the control box itself.

My two year warranty literally ended October 18th... However based on some conversations we've had there was obvious reasons for me to hold off on pushing the issues I was having.

I hope this doesn't leave me SOL...not sure you all sell replacement control boxes.

How is the flex on that Momo Sim GT 320 round wheel? I heard it's pretty bad, especially for the price. Did they improve it and make it more rigid?

I want a large round wheel for Rally and im wondering if the Simpush wheel would be better, the logitech round wheel is too small in my opinion.

There is also the 330mm from rogueracingdesigns but im not sure if it's better quality and more rigid than momo and simpush.
I don’t notice it when driving.

Oof. Tough timing on the brake failure considering Tommy’s warranty. I hope customer support can help him out here, or meet him halfway.

Total bummer Tommy. You've done so much to help the Logi-gang over at DG to set up their wheels and troubleshoot stuff.

I don't know if you recall but I had some issues with the brake sensor misreading the pressure and Logitech support helped out really fast, and went above and beyond. And when we had that FFB issue a few months back in GT7, Rich was on it right away and followed through to the end. I'm sure they'll get you sorted out on this.

So I consulted my old AI project I developed for GPro troubleshooting and FFB analysis/corrections....for fear the loadcell was shorting the control box...

Just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for helping me troubleshoot my Logitech Pro pedals issue. After testing, it turns out the throttle pedal was faulty, and the control box and brake load cell are fine.

I really appreciate all the advice and guidance — your suggestions made isolating the problem much faster and less stressful. Couldn’t have done it without you!

Thanks again,
Tom

Added the Logitech RS shifter to my setup 👌.

For people who want to mount the shifter the same way I used black M6x30mm bolts with washers and nuts and mounted that to the Playseat Trophy shifter mount plate using the table clamp. Zero flex, works really well!

Placement is a little bit too far back for my taste but will eventually mount the H-Shifter Pro on top of the plate and use the RS shifter as a handbrake.

Glad you were able to narrow it down. I’m sure Logitech support will get you sorted out. They were quick to respond when I had an issue.

How do you like the play seat trophy? I’ve been considering one but have seen reviews of flex from the chassis. What used been your experience?

It’s a great rig because it’s easy movable what is really important for me when I want to play single player AAA games.

The flex is really minimal, almost none I would say but on the same time it is not rock solid. It’s really comfortable too. I’m using this since day one when the Logitech Pro wheel came on the market so approx for three years now and still loving it.

If you ask me for one drawback, I would say the seat adjustment is not fast. It is not a slider seat or something. You need to unbolt some bolts first. Maybe the price too 😬😁

I’d say my main focuses are : rigidity, comfort and adjustability. Cockpit looks great, looks comfortable, possible ok with sacrificing a bit with adjustability (I’ve seen worse) but not sure how I feel about sacrificing rigidity. Love the overall concept, wish they made a beefier or “pro” version of this.

@Tommy moon support do have replacement pedal modules, so they should be able to help you out.

That's great to hear because I just put everything back together with my clutch pedal in place of the throttle.

Now the wheelbase and g hub see the pedals without an issue. However no throttle input is being detected whatsoever.

This leads me to believe it has to be the RJ port on the control box. Brake pedal input is being recognized just fine.

Due to the extenuating circumstances when I contact support is there any chance they will replace this for me?

Or will I have to come out of pocket for the new control box?

It sounds like it's not supported at launch but they intend to get it working at some point. No timeline given obviously

It’s the same thing? Adjusting TF Audio gain affects the haptics that come from rumble strips, tyre spin etc.
Awesome. That's contrary to what one of the devs said on the pmr discord. Hopefully all is 💯 on the consoles as well. Look forward to your setting recommendations. If they aren't published can you share them here for day 1 purchasers?

The devs on the PMR discord purposely word things to get a rise out of people I believe so they can do their sarcastic replies they like to do.

I dished it back to them, essentially forcing an answer from them since they were clearly avoiding my simple “is trueforce supported on PS5?” question.

Well they didn’t like that and banned me hahaha. Then I see in here somebody posting from that discord a screenshot of them saying it is. But then later seeing another that says it is but not day one and no clear answer on when they think it will be.

To me the G Pro has been out long enough, not sure why that isn’t supported day one. What have they been doing? Haha

If TrueForce is supported on PS5, then I’ll look at picking it up this week. If not I’ll wait until it is. I have GT7 Spec III right round the corner so that’ll keep me very busy. Praying TF is definitely supported Day 1…

I’ve only tested the PC version so far. Trueforce is supported in that. I’m waiting till I’ve tested the console versions before sending settings off for publishing.
I know Rennsport PC settings are published but I would be keen to see those for PS5 as well thanks.

I wouldn’t count on it because of it was, when I asked, the devs wouldn’t have kept beating around the bush like they did.

I was hoping for full g pro support and simhub. It all seems like everything is PC focused and PS5 is ehhh when we’ll get around to it.

Makes sense as most serious sim racing is done on pc. I also don't really understand why anyone capable of paying 1000+$ for sim racing hardware wouldn't spend a similar amount on a gaming pc. Mods add so much to it. Assetto corsa still is my favorite sim because of it.

Obviously is takes a bit of time setting everything up the way you want, but it's not difficult and easily worth it. And without mods it's just as straightforward to install and play as on consoles (plus access to all the extra sim racing games you don't get on consoles).
