Is there any default button mapping sheet/card/pic available for the RS50 wheel/hub? I can't find them anywhere.

Talking about this?

Thanks for replying. That list I saw in the wheel setup guide pdf. I was in fact asking for default button bindings for specific games (i.e. GT7). Thrustmaster had them for my previous T248 wheel and other models, which I save digitally and are handy whenever I go back to a game after some time.
I know I can look it up in-game once I have my rig setup (I received the system yesterday) although I understand it'll be recognised as some other Logitech wheel by GT7 (G Pro?) in the menus unless the latest 1.66 update brought a particular entry for the RS50.

Perhaps this is worth something… It’s the default PS button mapping
(screen-grab from the RS50 bundle product page).

I'm looking for something like this for the RS50 and GT7...
Not sure if it's what your looking for, but in the wheel/controller MENU(in GT7) under the Logitech G Pro wheel option, you'll have this kinda image whit the default buttons

EDIT:

Not quite, but thanks anyway. I was expecting to see default bindings for, say, overtake button, handbrake, flash beam lights, change view, which of the adjustment dials allow me to browse through the different in-race settings mappings (BB, TC, FM, weather, ..), etc. I'll have a look this evening if manage some racing time as I left the rig ready late last night.

@tinker thanks ! I'm having a blast!! This is night and day, a whole new world of feedback and sensations! Barely 3 hours in, with plenty of stoppages for fine tuning seat/wheel position (I have a foldable Playseat Challenge with some Retec3D reinforcements) and I now really feel the weight transfer of the cars, the kerbs, how the tires give me information when reaching the limits, info I imagined was there but never could feel with the entry level T248. Amazing! 😁
However, the LC break pedal is going to take some time getting used to it. I need to rebuild the muscle memory, now in terms of pressure levels, rather than travel of the pedal, to gain consistency. Man, 75kg is more than enough. I've set it initially to around 45% (35kg), otherwise I wouldn't be able to manage that threshold from around 80% brake level to full 100%.
Loving every bit of this piece of equipment so far! I hope to improve both my fun times and my lap times 😅

Is anybody else having issues on their RS50 with the rotary encoders delayed when selecting modes in the HUD on GT7?

Whenever I am in the middle of a race and need to change from BB to TC or mini map 1 or 2 clicks away, there is a big delay on screen in the response to the dial movements. This results in being at the wrong mode , or dialling the wrong setting, in the HUD or sometimes 1 click does not move the HUD mode at as if the rotating click is not registering on screen. I find its very "sticky" and erratic.

However if I use the encoder dials elsewhere like when using it for the base settings, the encoder work fine.

Yes I have the same issue and it does seem to be a GT7 issue as that is the only place I can replicate it. Been waiting to see if @LOGI_Rich has anything to say because it has been asked once before

Same, and then end up turning it too much and overshoot what I wanted to select. The rotary dials also spin almost too freely, I wish there was more resistance with each click. Would make it easier to make fine adjustments in the middle or a race.

Otherwise, driving feels excellent and am really enjoying it.

All it’s missing is adding gear change effect to TF and it would be close to perfect for me.

It's been an issue in GT since it launched. Polyphony have made improvements since then, but I can't make any representations on their behalf as to whether they will continue to address it.

I agree, this wheel is great as well as the RS pedals. The encoders issue is a bit of an annoyance that hopefully PD sorts out.

I recall that the encoder even on my G29 gave trouble in GT7 and Sport.
I though find at times that a harsh feedback jerk or my fingers can accidentally activate the encoder and change a setting.
That’s on the RS hub, any complaints like this from users with the original Pro wheel?

Hey guys, just a message to let you know that I am a happy new owner of Logitech RS 50 kit 😁

Got it around Black Friday without big rebate but found an old content creator code that was still giving 5%, better than nothing.

Tested it quick an dirty mounted on my dining room table because my rig was not ready. Everything seamed to work fine so I packed it back and went on working to build my DIY rig.

Since this evening it is fully functionnal and I tested it in power pack with the European Oldtimers 7 laps race at Barcelona. Used the no pepper car, did my practice outlap + 1 lap and got the fastest lap. Went direct to quali, outlap + 1 full lap -> pole, went back to pit and no AI improved so I started on the front line. Start was not optimal but not too bad either. Battled a little with Gallo for P1, and after a moment he vanished in the rear-view mirrors.

Won comfortably, and torroughly enjoyed the kit, very very nice to use ! (in VR). Was close to lose the car at least twice but managed to get it back before more serious time loss occur. The wheel gives a lot of infos, especially on front tires grip, nice !

Did not done any settings so far.

Will read the thread with interest !

@Lomic I'm glad you have it already setup and running.
I've used mine for 3 days now and I think I've finally found the sweet spot position wise (pedals, wheel and seat angles). Plenty to learn still, but I'm so happy I'm able to recover now from snap moments (oversteers and wheel spin out of turns) which before this wheel resulted in a tail first situation with my previous kit.
A very happy owner of the system here as well!
